The Ewon Cosy 131 industrial routers are VPN routers that are equipped with additional routing functions so that your machine LAN is always safe from unauthorized access from outside.
They have an integrated web interface for quick and easy setup.
Because the Ewon router is used together with the Talk2M connection service, machine builders and system integrators can use the Internet to optimize the efficiency of technicians supporting machines at customer sites: faster connection setup, higher bandwidth, reliable communication.

VPN security:
The VPN security model is based on SSL / TLS encryption for session authentication and the IPSec ESP protocol for secure tunnel transport via UDP. It supports the X509 PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) for session authentication, the TLS protocol for "key exchange", the cipher-independent EVP interface (DES 3DES, AES, BF) for data tunnel encryption and the HMAC-SHA1 algorithm for data tunnel authentication. Only for use with Talk2M!
