ARMPAC series

WebPanel with web browser

The new WebPanel from Wachendorff Prozesstechnik has been specially developed to display machine data via a web browser by connecting it to a controller with its own web server.

The WebPanels in the ARMPAC series have a resistive or projected capacitive display for multi-touch operation. The displays are available in 7", 10.1" or 12.1" sizes. The web browser was specially developed for this device series for optimum browsing and impresses with its full-screen display, simple and intuitive operation and fast page switching.

To make commissioning particularly easy and time-saving, the web browser is pre-installed and fully functional from the first use. The low installation depth and robust front panel, certified to protection class IP65, enable use in almost any environment.

The devices in the ARMPAC series are specially designed for small and medium-sized operating and monitoring tasks in all areas of industrial automation.

  • CPU: i.MX6 DualLite, ARM Cortex A9 processor
  • 1 GB DDR3 DRAM onboard
  • Fanless design
  • Flush-mounted touch screen
  • IP65 protection class

The web-based display of machine data is now a standard in automation. The WebPanels have been specially developed to display this machine data via a web browser by connecting to a controller with its own web server.

Two different browser versions are available:

  • The Wachendorff web browser
  • The SpiderControl™ AutomationBrowser from iniNet Solutions

The AutomationBrowser from Spidercontrol

The SpiderControl™ AutomationBrowser from iniNet Solutions contains many additional features in addition to standard functions. This means that older web HMIs in particular, which are based on Java applets and are no longer supported by common browsers, such as CODESYS Webvisu V2.x, can be used.

The AutomationBrowser can be used universally and offers enormous advantages:

  • Compatible with older Java applets (e.g. CODESYS 2.3 Webvisu)
  • PLC station lists for navigating to different web servers and back
  • Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Collective alarm
  • Cloud connectivity
  • Simple PLC logic in the browser, and much more.
