With the HD67117FSX, you can extend your CANopen bus system up to 2000 m in length. This makes it easy to achieve long ranges. You can also achieve a high level of electrical isolation by splitting the copper cable with the fiber optic cable. This could be a sensible solution, especially in the case of high EMC problems. With the HD67117FSX, a maximum length of 2000 m is possible regardless of the baud rate. The baud rates are easily set using DIP switches on the front of the device. Installation is simple and reliable on a DIN rail.
