The M-Bus repeater / galvanic isolator HD67032-B2-XXX solves the problem of long cable lengths from distant M-Bus devices. The repeater is simply integrated into the M-Bus line and refreshes the data from an M-Bus master so that the required voltage level is available again at the distant M-Bus devices.
As an additional feature, the two M-Bus lines are galvanically isolated from each other. This means that any interference (e.g. EMC influences) from the affected line is not passed on to the master line. Up to 80 M-Bus devices can be connected to the second line. Transferring the configuration of the gateway using the free SW67032 configuration software via the Ethernet port is very quick and easy. The DIN rail mounting and the screw terminals ensure quick and safe installation as well as problem-free wiring of the device.
