The HD67E22-A1 is an EtherCAT Server (Slave)/Profinet Client (Master) Gateway. It enables an EtherCAT client (Master) (such as a Beckhoff PLC, OMRON PLC, etc.) to connect to a Profinet Server (Slave) in order to exchange information between the networks. On the EtherCAT side, there are two Ethernet ports for EtherCAT IN and OUT connections: they support line and ring topologies (for simple redundant communication). Simple and fast integration of the EtherCAT server gateways into the Master configuration thanks to the ESI file created using the SW67E22 software.
