The configurable CAN to Profibus DP gateway enables communication between 2 independent different bus technologies. It is easy to configure using the associated PC software via the RS232 interface. It is always possible to set different transmission rates, whereby the maximum transmission rate is 12 Mbps on the Profibus side. The GSD file required for integration is generated on a project-specific basis using the SW67552 software. Installation is simple and reliable on a DIN rail.
