The 8-channel resistance thermometer input module allows the direct connection of Pt resistance sensors and resistors. The connection can be made using 2-/3-wire technology. Linearization over the entire temperature range is handled by the bus terminal. A short circuit or interruption of the sensor cable as well as an out-of-range condition is indicated by a red error LED.
