Our control displays are designed for maximum compatibility and maximum reliability in continuous industrial operation. Here you will find the detailed specifications for your planning.

1. display selection & optical performance

Choose the right screen for your visualization. All panels have a tempered glass front with projected capacitive multi-touch technology (PCAP) and a hardness level of 7H.

2. connectivity & signal routing

The Match displays offer two specialized connectivity options for your infrastructure:

Direct connection :
- Video inputs: HDMI and VGA.
- USB interfaces: USB host ports for touch and peripherals.
Match Link remote transmission :
- Input: RJ45 link port (integrated VR-100 receiver).
- Function: Transmission of video and USB signals via a single network cable
- System extension: Use of the transmitter (Match Link VT-100) in the control cabinet for stable signal transmission over longer distances of up to 100m.

3. mechanics & mounting concept

Protection class: IP65 all round (complete protection against dust and water jets from all angles).
Housing: High-quality die-cast aluminum design, fanless for maintenance-free operation.
Support arm connection: Compatible with systems such as Rittal CP 40. Flexible mounting from above or below.
Individual control panels: The enclosure is prepared to accommodate up to 9 industrial control devices (Ø22 mm) (e.g. emergency stop, selector switch, illuminated pushbutton).

4. high-end connectivity: Match Link technology

With the Match Link VT-100 / VR-100 integration, we solve the physical limits of cabling. This technology enables an efficient and loss-free connection between PC and display over long distances.

Single cable transmission: Video and USB signals via a single Cat.6 (or higher) cable
Range up to 100 m: depending on cable quality and environment.
Simple installation: The reduction to just one cable minimizes the installation effort in support arm tubes and massively reduces installation costs.

The combination of transmitter (VT-100) in the control cabinet and integrated receiver (VR-100) in the display ensures reliable signal transmission between the industrial PC and display. The solution is ideally matched to our Match Panel-PCs and enables a perfectly integrated overall system comprising operation, visualization and computing power.
