The configurable gateway HD67611-A1 enables communication between a Modbus TCP server (slave) and a PROFINET master. The top-hat rail mounting and plug-in screw terminals ensure quick and safe installation and easy wiring of the device. Using the free SW67611 project planning software, the Modbus TCP registers are assigned to the PROFINET side byte by byte for bidirectional data exchange and vice versa. At the end of your project planning, you generate an XML device description file that you simply integrate into your PROFINET project planning. The configuration is transferred via Ethernet.

Note: The switch function between the Ethernet ports allows separate networks to be topologically connected.
