The new modular controller series consists of a master module and up to 16 different slave modules. The data acquisition modules can be combined with up to 15 other modules, so that a maximum of 128 measuring points can be acquired. Thanks to the innovative design, it is possible to replace a module without removing the power supply and without reconfiguration (hot swap). This significantly reduces downtime in the event of a module failure.
The acquisition modules are configured so that they can process a wide range of input signals from the field of thermocouples, Pt 100 and standard signals with a 16-bit resolution. Simple programming via clear software rounds off the overall picture.
The 10 Base-T Ethernet interface of the master module also enables the network connection of this new innovative series.
