- Cost-effective and fast replacement thanks to hot swap
- Automatic addressing minimizes configuration time
- Configuration via WIndows software

The new modular controller series consists of a master module and up to 16 different slave modules. The PID controller module CSPID is a complete controller that can be combined with up to 15 other modules to form a multi-zone control system. Thanks to its innovative design, a module can be replaced without removing the power supply and without reconfiguration (hot swap). This significantly reduces downtime in the event of a module failure.
The PID controller module is configured to process a wide range of input signals from the field of thermocouples and resistance thermometers as well as standard signals. The control and alarm outputs are relays or optional SSR relays and can be assigned to up to 7 alarms in addition to the control output. The controller regulates in PID mode and can be optimized for heating and cooling thanks to the option of self-optimization. Extremely fast control behavior, low overshoot, optional analog outputs and simple programming via clear software round off the overall picture.
The 10Base-T Ethernet interface of the master module also enables the network connection of this new innovative series.
