Product description

The G315 operating device has high-end functions that are normally only found in PC-based HMIs.
The large 15" TFT display makes it very easy to read information and make changes via the touch screen or the 10 freely programmable operating buttons. The G315 can work as a multi-protocol converter in conjunction with 4 high-speed RS232/485 ports and 1 Ethernet 10/100 Base-TX port. The Ethernet interface processes 4 protocols simultaneously, allowing different Ethernet-based devices to communicate with each other. Furthermore, you can connect the operating device directly to your network via the Ethernet interface, giving you the option of remote maintenance and reading out measurement data via a web server. The measured values and the project planning can be saved on a Compact Flash card (up to 2 GB) with date and time. This means that the operating device also works as a data logger and enables fast machine analysis. In addition, all common bus systems, such as Profibus, CANopen, DeviceNet, Modbus, BACnet, are supported.
