Your successful start to the Industrial Internet of Things

The Ewon Flexy industrial router certified by Telekom for the Cloud of Things together with the Talk2M remote maintenance portal is already a very powerful remote maintenance solution for industry. It allows you to reduce service costs and machine downtime. The Talk2M portal enables worldwide access and management of users and devices.
Direct access to the PLC or HMI of a machine, for example, gives service technicians worldwide the option of diagnosing it and making parameter or program changes using the relevant configuration software (Simatic Step7 TIA, Rockwell Automation Studio, Schneider Electric UnityPro, ...). In addition to classic remote maintenance, the Ewon Flexy Router can collect data directly at the machine or system via various interfaces (EtherNet, serial, MPI/Profibus, I/Os).

At the application level, Telekom's Cloud of Things receives the data from the machine or system and stores it. The data can be used in a variety of ways, most simply for convenient alarm management, visualizations, analyses or advanced control management.

Together, downtimes and costs are reduced through predictive maintenance, for example, the efficiency of your systems or processes is increased and new business models are made possible.

Cloud of Things - The IIoT platform

All machines at a glance

The Cloud of Things (CoT) is Telekom's cloud-based high-performance IoT application platform for the Internet of Things and enables you to monitor, manage and control your network devices and machines remotely. Connect devices, configure the dashboard and off you go.

The CoT collects the decentralized sensor data in real time, evaluates it and presents it clearly. An intuitive web portal provides you with an optimum overview of your measurement data, such as temperature, pressure, position and much more, at all times. Location management and the assignment of roles and rights are also possible.

IoT offers a wide range of optimization possibilities through which new products and business models as well as cost savings can be achieved. The Cloud of Things provides you with full transparency about your devices and machines. This increases the efficiency of your systems and reduces downtime through predictive maintenance. Get the most out of your data by creating complex rules via drag-and-drop in addition to classic alarms based on threshold violations.
