The Aplex AVS series, a system family with high expandability and outstanding performance, is particularly suitable for applications such as machine vision or automation. With its flexible expandability, expansion cards and peripherals such as cameras, USB devices, I/O devices and GPU cards can be installed to meet most requirements in various industrial applications, especially in the intelligent manufacturing industry.

In addition, the AVS series offers everything from entry-level to high-end advanced platforms to meet the requirements of applications in machine vision, AOI, automation control, measurement, robot monitoring/control, IIoT and edge computing.

AVS-320

The AVS-320 is the most powerful machine vision box PC with a small form factor. The AVS-320 has a very powerful and energy-efficient processor from the Intel®Celeron® series. It is fanless, compact and designed for DIN rail mounting.

It has an Intel®Celeron® J6413, up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, several RS232/422/485 ports, GbE LAN ports, two PoE ports as well as 4 x DI and 4 x DO interfaces.

The expandable and powerful Machine Vision Box PC of the AVS-50x series

The three Machine Vision Box PCs in the AVS-50x series combine a variety of integrated interfaces with powerful processors and flexible expandability, making them ideal for more demanding machine vision tasks. The AVS-502 and AVS-504 models each have a PCIe-16 slot, allowing dedicated graphics cards or other sophisticated expansion cards to be used. This graphics card can be supplied with up to 75 W of power via the PCI interface. In addition to this expansion option, the AVS-504 offers additional PCI slots for the integration of expansion cards such as frame grabbers, GigE Ethernet cards or lighting control cards.

All three variants feature 7th generation Intel®Core® processors, up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, multiple RS232/422/485 ports, GbE LAN ports, two 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD slots as well as 4x DI and 4x DO interfaces.

The AVS-52x series of box PCs for machine vision combines powerful processors, flexible expandability and a variety of integrated interfaces, making it ideal for complex machine vision tasks. In particular, the AVS-522-xxx and AVS-524-xxx models each offer a PCIe-16 slot, which enables the use of dedicated graphics cards or other sophisticated expansion cards. The graphics card can be supplied with up to 75 W of power via the PCIe interface. In addition, the AVS-522-xxx and AVS-524-xxx have further PCIe-4 slots, which enable the integration of expansion cards such as frame grabbers, GigE Ethernet cards or lighting control cards.

All variants have 9th generation Intel®Core® processors, up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM, several RS232/422/485 ports, GbE LAN ports, two 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD slots and the option of being equipped with 4x DI and 4x DO interfaces.

AVS-53x: The modular solution for intelligent industrial image processing

The AVS-53x series takes industrial image processing to a new level, developed for users who do not want to compromise on high complexity and speed. The modular design makes these machine vision box PCs real quick-change artists: GPU or frame grabber cards can be easily integrated as required, while modern Intel® Core™ processors and fast DDR5 memory effortlessly process even large amounts of data. Despite intensive computing loads, the system remains reliably cooled thanks to its fanless design and can withstand the harsh conditions of industrial environments.

The QL models in particular offer an extended range of interfaces and additional communication and I/O ports, which facilitates integration into complex automation environments. The QL series is therefore aimed at users who have an increased need for flexible connectivity and expandability.
