The programmable I O controller NA9373 extends the modular, decentralized I/O system of the FnIO series with a PLC. The multitasking-capable 32-bit controller was developed on the basis of the latest technologies to guarantee maximum performance and maximum user-friendliness. The LEDs on the front of the device provide a good overview of the current device status, even without a PC or diagnostic device. The two Ethernet interfaces are designed as a switch and enable a line topology in the network wiring. The serial interface (RS232/RS485) is used for communication with serial terminal devices. The NA9373 can also be addressed as a Modbus RTU master and slave via the RS232 485 interface. A start/stop switch and a reset button are located under the cover on the front. The electrical connection is safe and very easy to implement thanks to the patented Crevis clamping technology. The PLC recognizes all types of plugged-in terminals (digital and analogue) and automatically creates the process image. The NA9373 can be used with all expansion modules of the FnIO series and combines the high flexibility of module plug-in technology with the performance of a PLC.
