Active product life cycle management
... always up to date

For you as a user of our products, there are numerous benefits from our active, far-reaching product lifecycle management (PLM), which we manage in close contact with all those involved in the supply chain - with our suppliers, but also in direct dialog with you, our customers!
PLM is a central component of our very comprehensive quality management system and our absolute customer focus.
It supports us - and therefore you - in our efforts to achieve zero error tolerance and investment security. So you can be sure that your goals are also our goals.
Below are some common goals that are both an obligation and an incentive for us:
- Bringing your products (systems/machines/....) to market faster and achieving improvements in results, i.e. reducing time-to-market.
- Support your products (systems, machines, ...) with better services, including complementary business models.
- Reduce costs in the areas of storage, materials, production or service.
- Recognize errors and weak points at an early stage and reduce customer complaints.
- Maintaining an up-to-date and transparent level of data and information in every phase of life for market-suitable decisions and communicating them in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Use the findings and high data quality for further investments and customer satisfaction.
Product changes and product discontinuations
... early and comprehensive information
We will inform you in good time and in full about important changes to our product portfolio.
Product changes are a sign of optimization and innovation.
In the event of a product change (PCN, Product Change Notification) or product discontinuation (PDN, Product Discontinuation Notification), we generally inform you at least twelve months before implementation and end of delivery.
In any case, we offer our customers the opportunity to place one last order (LTB, Last Time Buy). The goods are delivered as a one-off total delivery or in agreed delivery sizes on requested dates.
To ensure that the changeover runs smoothly, Wachendorff will suggest a compatible alternative product. Sales and application advice are available as competent contacts.
Other important parameters that we pass on in relation to the phase-out are End of Sale (ENS), End of Production (EOP), Last Time Delivery (LTD), End of Service, Maintenance and Repair (EOSR).
If you have any questions, comments or requests regarding our products and services, you can contact any of our employees! Contact person
