Overnight delivery
We keep the majority of our products in stock. Orders received by us from Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon at the latest will be delivered on the same day if requested. In 99% of cases, you will receive your ordered products on the next working day.
Testing with original appliances
Try out our appliances. You can test many of our products free of charge for 4 weeks. You order the appliance as a sample by telephone on +49 6722 996530. We will send you the appliance on a delivery bill free of charge. If the device does not solve your problem satisfactorily, simply give us a call. We are sure to have a suitable alternative, otherwise simply send the device back to us.

Wachendorff products are also listed with distributors who offer automated SAP order processing, including Bürklin, Farnell, RS Components, Schuricht and Sonepar.
Returns
If you wish to return a standard product from our range, this is possible for individual items within 14 days of delivery. The device should be returned to us undamaged in its original packaging and additional transport packaging.
In this case, we will be happy to refund the purchase price, minus a restocking fee (15% of the purchase price).
Warranty and repair processing
Our products are subject to the strictest quality requirements.
The advantage for you: We grant a guarantee of 3(!) years on our appliances.
If, contrary to expectations, an appliance should fail, we have solutions that guarantee you speed and security.
