Please be sure to contact our Technical Support before requesting a return authorisation number (RSN).
You can then complete the form for requesting a return number and send it to the above e-mail address together with any other relevant documents describing the fault. We will then process your enquiry and send you a returns number. Only then can you send us your devices.
Note: Please note that your return shipment number (RSN) will be created manually. This can take up to one working day.
