The measuring transducers supplied via the current loop have been developed for mounting in the sensor head. DIN rail mounting is also possible using an adapter. The input signal is converted into a 4 to 20 mA loop-powered signal, whereby the output signal is not isolated from the input signal. The head transmitters are configured quickly and easily using intuitive PC software. The maximum resolution of 16 bits ensures maximum accuracy.
Current transformer with loop supply
The robust current transformers with magnetic induction technology are designed for long-term use thanks to their measuring principle, which avoids thermal drift. The induced current is converted directly into a corresponding output signal by changing the magnetic field. For this reason, the use of an external shunt is no longer necessary.
