You can configure fault messages so that alarms are triggered on an event basis or when certain conditions occur. Netbiter Argos alerts you when your devices reach certain threshold values. You receive immediate information about current and past fault messages.

Alerts to service technicians or third-party systems

Users can be alerted directly by SMS or e-mail. However, the fault messages can also be more indirect, e.g. by displaying an alarm in a dashboard or overview page.
You can also set up RSS feeds for alarms. The fault messages are then sent to service personnel or directly to third-party providers.

One view for all alarms

With the alarm management of the "Manage & Analyze" service package, you can display and manage fault messages from one or more systems in a single view. The alarm history is also displayed and can be exported to a .CSV or .XLS file.

^Netbiter® monitors cold rooms at Arlanda Airport in Stockholm and sends alarms if the temperature rises above normal levels. The remote maintenance solution is provided by the Swedish IT company Bytebrigade.

Netbiter is a modular solution that we can easily add to other applications.
