The CUB4L8 is an 8-digit counter with a digit height of 12 mm. It is available with standard LCD (operation without external power supply possible) or backlit LCD display. In the latter case, the digits light up intensely red or green-yellow. Pulse detection is performed by a highly integrated CMOS counter chip. For devices with backlighting, the required supply voltage can be provided via 9 VDC to 28 VDC or a screw-on power supply unit (see accessories).
Display
8-digit, 12 mm high, brilliant LCD, standard or with red or green/yellow backlighting. Devices with backlighting are only easy to read with an external power supply.

Lockable reset button.
Entrance
H.S. CNT: 5 kHz max. from bipolar output with duty cycle 1:1.
L.S. CNT: 30 Hz max. from switch contact or open collector transistor with duty cycle 1:1.
VILmax = 0.5 V,VIHmin = +2.0 V, Vmax = +3 V.

Power supply
All meter types are powered by a 3 V lithium battery. Continuous operation up to 6 years. Backlight supply: 9 VDC to 28 VDC, typ. 30 mA, max. 50 mA.
